Go to your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, then select TaskMaster to manage or cancel. You can also manage your subscription from within the app under Settings → Manage Subscription.
First, make sure you're running the latest version of TaskMaster from the App Store. Try restarting your device. If the issue persists, email us at support@documar.com with a description of what happened and your device model.
