Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TaskMaster: AI Assistant mobile application ("App") operated by Adem Tengiz ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TaskMaster. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Acceptable Use

When using TaskMaster, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Submit content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure
• Use the App to generate spam, misleading content, or malicious material
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its outputs without permission

AI-Generated Content

TaskMaster uses the Google Gemini API to generate reports and process tasks. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose
• AI outputs should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)

Subscriptions & Payments

TaskMaster offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store and is subject to Apple's terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings or within the App
• We do not collect or store your payment card details
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskMaster and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that we determine to be harmful to the App, its users, or its infrastructure.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App under Settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
